The “Brunnenstraße Ost” neighborhood is located in the Gesundbrunnen district between Brunnenstraße, Bernauer Straße, Rügener Straße and Mauerpark in the district of Pankow. The Voltastraße subway station is located on the western border and the Bernauer Straße subway station to the southwest. The “Essbare Straße” community garden project, green spaces and various exercise facilities are also located in the neighborhood. This neighborhood is being examined for the need for traffic calming and its suitability as a neighborhood block.
