The “Dircksenstraße” neighborhood is located in the Mitte district and is bordered by Karl-Liebknecht-Straße, Spandauer Straße, Memhardstaße, Weinmeisterstraße, Anna-Louisa-Karsch-Straße, An der Spandauer Brücke and Rosenthaler Straße. Within this area are the Weinmeisterstraße subway station and the railroad line between Hackescher Markt S-Bahn station and Alexanderplatz S-Bahn and U-Bahn station, both of which border the neighborhood. This neighborhood is being examined with regard to the need for traffic calming and its suitability as a neighborhood block.
