The “Flottwellkiez” is located in the Tiergarten district and is bordered by Potsdamer Strasse, Kurfürstenstrasse, Flottwellstrasse and Schöneberger Ufer Strasse along the Landwehr Canal . Within the neighborhood is the Park am Karlsbad and to the east is the Park am Gleisdreieck in the Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg district. The Tempelhof-Schöneberg district also borders the neighborhood to the south. The Kurfürstenstraße subway station is also located here. This neighborhood was decided in the BVV with slightly different boundaries.
