The “Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz” neighborhood is located in the Mitte district and is bordered by Karl-Liebknecht-Straße, Torstraße, Memhardstraße and Rosa-Luxemburg-Straße. Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz is home to the subway station of the same name and the Volksbühne theater. To the north is the district of Pankow. This neighborhood is being investigated with regard to the need for traffic calming and its suitability as a neighborhood block.
