The “Soldiner Kiez Ost” neighborhood is located in the Gesundbrunnen district and is bordered by Osloer Straße, Bornholmer Straße, Prinzenallee, Wollankstraße and the S-Bahn line. Beyond the line in the north-east of the neighborhood is the district of Pankow. St. Elisabeth Cemetery II, Sophien Cemetery III and the ElisaBeet community garden project are located within the district. There are also allotment gardens in this neighborhood. The Bornholmer Straße S-Bahn station is located on the south-eastern border of the neighborhood. This neighborhood is being examined with regard to the need for traffic calming and its suitability as a neighborhood block.
