Come to one of the neighborhood walks

25 Kieze were selected from all Kiezes in the Mitte district. These are the Kieze with the greatest potential for improving the quality of life through traffic calming. They will therefore be prioritized for the implementation of Kiezblocks. You can read in the Questions & Answers how it is decided whether a Kiez is suitable for a Kiezblock.

Walks are planned in all selected Kiezes before up to 12 Kieze enter the next round of Kiezblock planning.

You can talk to other interested residents and those responsible on site and ask questions. You also have the opportunity to contribute your comments and needs.

In the first step of the survey, you can select the neighborhood to which you would like to contribute your everyday knowledge and experiences. You don’t need to download or register to participate, you can simply take part via your browser.

Based on the results of the participation and traffic counts, around 24 Kieze will be selected for which specific neighborhood block designs will be created.

The results of the participation process are incorporated into the selection of Kiezblocks for implementation, the selection of suitable measures and the specification of the plans.
